If you want to be a leader you need to have a heathy flow. It starts by having a leader that you can follow, then by you leading yourself, and finally by you leading others. At Kids Zone our goals is to help you grow in 3 main areas as you step into this leadership flow: your relationship with Jesus, your character, and your skills. 2. KIDS FIRST COMMITMENT: This is all about committing to serve the kids first before ourselves
3. CHARACTER COMMITMENT: This is all about committing practically in showing up on time with a right attitude
4. GROWTH COMMITMENT: This is all about committing to grow personally and receiving constructive criticism 
5. KIDS ZONE COMMITMENT: This is all about committing to the vision and leadership in Kids Zone

ELIGIBILITY: 

1. AGE: Must be in 6th grade or older

2. TRAINING: Must complete team training

LEADER

1. AGE: Must be 13 years or older

2. TIME: Must have served in Kids Zone for a minimum of 6 months

3. EVENTS: Must have served during an outreach event (Egg Hunt, Trunk or Treat, or Kidz Kaboom)

ELIGIBILITY: 

TEAM
LEADER

1. AGE: Must be 18 years or older

2. MEMBERSHIP: Must be a member of Allison Park Church

3. TIME: Must have served on a Kids Zone team for a minimum of 3 months

ELIGIBILITY: 

COORDINATOR

1. AGE: Must be 18 years or older

2. MEMBERSHIP: Must be a member of Allison Park Church

3. TIME: Must have served on a Kids Zone team for a minimum of 6 months

4. EVENTS: Must have served in a leadership role during an outreach event (Egg Hunt, Trunk or Treat, or Kidz Kaboom)
